Blessed are the peacemakers

When Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers..." he was not saying it's good to just make everyone else happy. Nor was Jesus commanding that we work towards a false peace where we have sacrificed truth, righteousness, and holiness to avoid conflict.

Jesus was issuing a command to work towards the true and everlasting peace where we confront lies, evil, and deception. True peace is only found in an intimate, passionate, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
