Physical Reminders of God's Faithfulness

Sometimes it seems as if God has forgotten us or forsaken us. The truth is that God is always faithful and always true to his promise to be with us. To remind us of God's faithfulness we should create physical memories to help us recall God's presence in our lives. This can be done with photos, journaling, building items, or even locations of towns or events. God's presence in our past can help us remember his promise for our future. In the second chapter of 2Kings the Holy Spirit takes Elisha on a journey of Israel's history before he becomes the prophet of God and takes over for Elijah. The story from long ago still has a message for us today.
