The Inerrancy of Scripture is founded upon the attributes of God.
God's Holiness
The holiness of God is that he is separate from sin and incorruptible.
God's Impeccability
The impeccability of God means that God is unable to sin. The God of the Bible "is 'free' to act only in conformity to His nature." To sin or err, would be to violate God's own nature.
The Argument of the Inerrancy of Scripture:
1. God cannot err.
2. The Bible is God’s Word
3. Hence insofar as the Bible is God’s word it cannot err.
4. The Bible is completely true, in all that it affirms.
